Providing Housing for Those Who Need It Most

Supporting local authorities to reduce homelessness

Temporary Accommodation

Temporary accommodation is the umbrella used to describe the support offered by local authorities to people who need support for a limited amount of time, without which they face the real prospect of being homeless often within days. The term is used to encompass other accommodation offerings such as emergency accommodation, mother and baby units, and asylum seeker accommodation. All are temporary in nature and form part of the social housing sector, but are different to traditional social housing where a home is provided for someone long term, for as long as they qualify for support.

It is this temporary part of the social housing sector that we as an establishment feels empowered to help, offering support to those who can’t help themselves and giving back to the local communities that have always been so supportive to us.

In trying to find a solution to the issue, The Blueprint Formation identified a space where they are still innovating with market-leading guaranteed rent services. These services not only completely remove all the risk for a landlord — the main reason many had never engaged in the sector — but also provide unbeatable commercial terms that make the decision easy for them.
